Before posting a new thread in the support section, please make sure you problem isn't already solved.

Our store is automatic. Once you purchased, go to Store -> Your licences -> Download.
Click on "Uninstall" on Sirius
After you should start by verifying your game files with Steam.
If you can't see the latest version in the download dropdown, that mean your account is not activated.
Check your mails you received when you registered your account. Then confirm your account.
Contact our support if you don't received the mail.
This problem occurs when your computer date/time is not up to date.
For example, when your computer show 10:30, but it's 10:34 in reality.
You can check the current real time by going on this website
Then, go to your control panel and adjust the time.
1. Go to Sirius and click on the "Uninstall" button, you can close it
2. Click on "check your game file" in Steam
3. Try to run PUBG without Sirius, if you don't have a crash start Sirius
4. Try to install Sirius with only the "No recoil", you can try an option one by one
Uncheck "Auto Bypass" on Sirius
Stay alive on your first game
Press F9 until 70players for active a bypass
If you know that the problem is Reshade, please follow theses steps:
1. Locate your reshade folder. Usually in the same folder of your PUBG folder.
So if you have PUBG installed in Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG then reshade will be located at common\reshade.
2. Once you found reshade folder, get in and rename dxgi.dll file to d3d11.dll
3. Reshade will now work without problems!

Disable Windows Defender or go in your control panel for "Uninstall" your Antivirus
Try to install Sirius, if it does not work
Click on "Uninstall" on Sirius and reinstall PUBG on another hard disk for exemple (D:/)
